The client had been working with several different suppliers for each stage of the supply chain. They only used FAXE for customs clearance in part of their operations.

How FAXE operated

FAXE GROUP was contracted as the main partner of this CROs, becoming integrated into the entire clinical research logistics chain in Brazil, assuming end-to-end coordination:


  • Creation of a dedicated specialist technical team for this CRO with a single focal point for its internal teams: one coordinator for Customs Clearance and another for Logistics.
  • Service integration: ComEx, GxP warehousing, logistics, and transport coordination. All under one management.
  • Centralization of SOPs aligned with the demands of clinical research, uniting the demands of authorities such as the OAS.
  • Consolidated KPI reports, ready to support audits by sponsors, CROs, and authorities.
