FAXE meets the applicable requirements of MAPA (Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply) and IBAMA (Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources) in operations involving items subject to agricultural and environmental controls.

MAPA oversees agricultural controls, and IBAMA handles environmental compliance when the nature of the cargo, packaging, or process requires it. This adherence allows FAXE to conduct operations with agricultural and/or environmental requirements, meeting documentation, conditions, and inspection requirements when applicable.
